It does not cause clogging and can perform with lower running cost since hollow fiber membrane is not used for degassing. Liquid quality will not be changed since heat treatment is not used in the system. It does not require any chemicals for safety and harmless operation. Lower formable detergent can be processed as well. The vacuum deaerator for hydrocarbon is explosion-proof because of no electric power requirement. It can be easily installed and connected to existing equipment.
Aqueous vacuum deaerator TKH-11
The vacuum deaerator for aqueous solution separates and removes the saturated gas component in the vacuum tank made of stainless steel. Deaerated liquid, which dissolved oxygen level is lower than 0.5PPM, is supplied 5L/min from the system. It applies for both water source to equipment and circulation between external tank and the deaerator. In the case of ultrasonic cleaning, dissolved gas which attenuates propagation of ultrasonic can be removed from the liquid. It improves cleaning level, shortens cleaning time, saves electric energy to ultrasonic generator, and prevents oxidation of cleaning objects because of deoxidized water.

Hydrocarbon vacuum deaerator TKH-21（PAT.3525951）
The hydrocarbon vacuum deaerator is a deaerator that eliminates dissolved gas in liquid without using electric equipment. We supply deaerated liquid with a liquid suction and delivery mechanism developed independently. The device is driven by supplying compressed air. We do not need to take measures against bothersome electrical devices since we do not use any electrical system.
About 10 times more air is dissolved in normal hydrocarbon solvents than water.
By removing dissolved gas dissolved in the cleaning solution of the ultrasonic cleaning bath and rinsing tank, stronger ultrasonic cleaning can be performed.
