Our ultrasonic application devices are utilized in the process applying ultrasonic waves.
Transducer consist of plates mostly made of stainless steel and transducer elements, as shown in the picture, adhered on the plates. The generator supplies high frequency electric power according to mechanical resonant frequency of the transducer and creates cavitation in the liquid due to oscillation of strong ultrasonic wave.

Ultrasonic wave is oscillated lengthwise, and strong ultrasonic part and weak ultrasonic part parallelly occurs, according to wave length of frequency, from transducer surface. It leads to unevenness of cleaning level. Sweep function is to oscillate with frequency modulation and reduce unevenness. In addition, cavitation tends to be improved in the condition of lower dissolved air in the liquid. Intermittent oscillation accelerates to remove the aggregation of dissolved air by ultrasonic from liquid. Our ultrasonic cleaner has the both sweep function and intermittent oscillation for even cleaning level and shorter cleaning time.
The number of cavities increases linearly in cavitation as the oscillation frequency increases, but the magnitude and energy are reduced with the same output. 28 kHz or 40 kHz are commonly used in most of fabrication process. 28 kHz is suitable for cleaning strongly stubborn dirt and mechanically fabricated parts because of large cavity size. 40 kHz is optimal for delicate and fine cleaning. For washing IC boards and semiconductor parts, higher frequencies are required and it generates many fine cavities, cleans every corner of complex workpiece evenly, and reduces damages to the devices. We have developed a series of ultrasonic generators and transducers; 28 kHz and 40 kHz products with automatic tracking function, 100kHz or higher products and dual frequency products to meet various requests in cleaning process.
Cleaning related systems
Dissolved gas in the liquid cause attenuation and confusion of ultrasonic waves and reduces the effectiveness of ultrasonic waves. Deaeration is to remove the gas dissolved in the liquid. The deaeration is accelerated even with ultrasonic oscillation (especially using the intermittent function), unevenness of cleaning quality is improved and cleaning time can be shortened by using deaerated liquid. In addition, it may be necessary for a purpose other than washing (plating, infiltration, emulsification, dispersion, etc.) even degassed liquid. Our vacuum deaerator (TKH series) is able to meet this demand with original technology.

Dissolved gas can be removed quickly and deaeration, defoaming, impregnation, emulsification and dispersion can be done efficiently due to the synergistic effect of vacuum (reducing pressure) and ultrasonic wave. Ultrasonic welding / ultrasonic machining
By the friction of the bonding surface due to ultrasonic vibration and compression repeated by the material itself, the inside generates heat and the temperature rises. Furthermore, the material is softened, melted and welded by the ultrasonic impact force. Adhesives are unnecessary and welded in a short time. It is used for welding plastics, IC wire bonding, etc. Ultrasonic machining uses ultrasonic vibration to intermittently bring the tool and the workpiece into contact. It reduces fabrication stress and heat generation, enabling precise machining and tool life extension. High frequency welding
